Join Julie of Loud Beads (@loudbeads) for a one-of-a-kind Vision Board Charm Bracelet workshop — a creative, reflective, and meaningful way to set intentions for the year ahead. Instead of creating a traditional paper vision board, participants will design a wearable vision board in the form of a custom charm bracelet they can carry with them every day as a reminder of their goals and intentions.
This guided workshop blends journaling, visualization, and hands-on creativity to help participants reflect on the past year and intentionally design the next.
What participants will learn and experience:
How to reflect on the past year with intention and clarity
How to visualize goals
How to intuitively choose meaningful elements without overthinking
How to assemble and design a custom charm bracelet using jewelry tools
In the workshop, crafters will:
Reflect: Guided journaling prompts to reflect on the previous year in areas like career, lifestyle, health, and relationships
Visualize: Prompts to envision the upcoming year, write manifestations, choose a word or color of the year, and set intentions
Collect: Browse a wide selection of charms representing different energies, symbols, and goals
Create: Assemble a finished charm bracelet that serves as a wearable vision board
What participants will take home:
A completed, custom charm bracelet representing their goals and intentions
Journaling prompts and reflection notes
All materials will be provided, including journaling prompts, jewelry tools, bracelet chain, jump rings and four charms. Additional charms will be available for purchases ($6 to $10 each, payment via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or cash).
This workshop is led by Julie Nicholson, owner and creator of Loud Beads (@loudbeads), a handmade jewelry and accessories brand focused on self-expression, creativity, and meaningful design.
Julie specializes in beaded bracelets, charm necklaces and bracelets, bead kits, and interactive charm bar experiences. She is known for creating welcoming, beginner-friendly workshops that encourage creativity and togetherness. Loud Beads has hosted pop-ups, private parties, and creative workshops throughout the DMV area, helping people of all ages express themselves through wearable art.
